What a fantastic day. It all started off with some farm animals and pony rides in the backyard. TJ was a little pre-occupied with playing with his new toys as any little boy would, but in the end he was wanting to play with the animals, just for a little bit before he had to play with his new toys again.
Veronica put up a fantastic spread of food and there was plenty of drinks all round, but the important part was the kids who looked like they where having a great time (which is all that matters).
Thursday was TJ’s actual birthday which started off with a Skype call to TJ’s Nana in Queensland. We all sat around and watched TJ unwrap his first lot of toys. Don’t you just love the look on kids faces when they are excited, it makes the world a very happy place.
Thanks to everyone that came and made TJ’s party that extra special, it was a great day.
Howdy all.
Well finally we have launched our new website look and feel. This one is more about movies and photos with a bit of everything else thrown in. We haven’t got all of the photos up yet but we are working on it, so keep and eye out.
Things have been going great with us. TJ is loving day care (2 days per week), he is making lots of awesome little arty things to bring home. Dad got a fantastic photo frame and calendar for Fathers day that TJ made a day care. He is a talented little man. He is making lots of new friends and even has a favourite teacher.
Glad to see the end of winter and looking forward to some great weather.

Buttons is finally back from his little holiday. Veronica was at home and was determined to find him, so she searched over the fences and found a very muddy Buttons crying on the other side of the back fence.
Welcome home Buttons. No more unexpected holidays please!
Our poor little Buttons has gone missing. He normally has a bit of outside time in the back yard each day, which is pretty safe because he can’t really jump the fence. However he has found a way out of the backyard, perhaps under the house somewhere or even climbing up onto something to jump the fence.
He has now been out all night and he will be out all day until we get home. Fingers crossed he is waiting at home when we get back from work.

This is the first anniversary of my Nanna passing and I find it extremely hard without her. Nan to me is one of my most favorite people ever, who has influenced my life so much which has helped me get here today with a wonderful family.
There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking of you and Pop.
I love you and Pop to the moon and stars and back, and I miss you both so much that my heart aches.
